Read MoreWhen I bought my first LanguagEd course I had spent some months collecting and reading papers for the concorso ordinario, but while struggling to organize that huge amount of information I still felt I was missing a lot. Both Language Teaching Methodology and Designing Activities and Lessons courses are clear, well organized and complete, and allowed me to pass the written exam. They also provide plenty of concrete ideas to improve your lessons. A huge thanks to Chiara and her team: your dedicated, professional work really makes the difference!

Read LessWe may know the concorsi like the back of our hand, but the best part about our courses is that our participants improve as teachers.
This is the feedback we receive every day: the value of the LanguagEd courses goes far beyond the concorso.
So, you won't just learn how to plan a great lesson for the concorso, but also develop your teaching skills in a practical way.
Please read the FAQs below as they may contain the answer to your question!
In this course, you will learn the basics to design a good lesson plan and pass your oral exam. We will give you some sample tasks (tracce) from previous concorsi and give you a step-by-step process to build your presentation for the exam. We will discuss how the exam works, how the committee will assess you, the sections of a good lesson plan, what structure to use for your lesson plan, how to use technology and assessment, and how to teach literature and history (if you get a traccia about literature and history, which has happened in the past, even for AB25 candidates).
No, this course is not designed to give you individual feedback. If you feel like you need individual feedback, please consider our conversation classes or individual consultations.
No, you don't necessarily need this course. Teachers have very different levels of competence in lesson planning. For many people, Section B of your course will be enough to feel ready for the oral exam: indeed, some of the concepts we will cover in the webinars will reflect the contents of your course. However, if you need that you need to learn more about how to build a lesson plan and pass the oral exam, this course will give you that. Since you enrolled in the other course, you get 50% off for it so it might be a suitable solution for you.
You can absolutely, positively do this course. Like all of LanguagEd materials, the webinars are expertly designed to be inclusive of teachers with different levels of knowledge and competence. We will go over the basics, so please don't worry about your lack of experience of expertise: everyone is welcome.
